Weddings and Events

Glee Bakery is available for weddings, small events, and the occasional custom order depending on availability and size of the order. I include set-up for all events to ensure the quality of my product and its aesthetic. Prices include set up and delivery fees.

Do you have a minimum?

Small events + set-up/delivery: $500

Weddings + set-up/delivery: $1000

Minimum for custom orders: $250

Note: During special holidays ie. Thanksgiving and Christmas, I may offer single items-such as a pie, sweet breads, or cinnamon rolls. Keep an eye out via Instagram for such items.

How do I store my goods, and how long should they last?

Care for your good will depend on the item ordered. For most items, refrigeration will be important. However I strongly recommend letting your cake or pie come to room temperature before consumption for best mmmMMMmmm results. Some items are fine unrefrigerated for a day or two ie. Vegan Chocolate Cupcakes.

How many servings does a cake have?

6” up to 8 dessert servings
8”/9” between 14 and 28 dessert servings
10" between 20 and 42 dessert servings
Multi-tier cakes are sold by the serving.

Note: The number of servings is an estimate based upon the size of each slice and the way you slice the cake. If slicing in larger triangles, the servings will be slightly fewer.
